Our staff are qualified to Post Graduate level in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals recognise and change negative patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to their problems.

In therapy, it is essential to establish a solid therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. Our approach is tailored to meet individual needs, personal circumstances, and life goals. By offering a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space to talk about your feelings and how they impact your everyday life, we work collaboratively to achieve your psychological, emotional, physical, and social well-being.

We offer face-to-face counselling and remote sessions via Teams or Zoom.
